I’d love to know if most of the yellow sapphire is heated or treated. Also, can you put them in band rind size 7?

this yellow sapphire gemstone is heat treated. You can see the treatment status of this and all gemstones under "Gemstone Details". Heat treatment is a traditional practice, especially in corundums of all varieties. This practice is many centuries old and is a permanent treatment.
